RETURNS
To ensure smooth delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Delivery times are approximate, and we cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days . After this period, we unfortunately will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
📦 To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused product
- Original packaging intact
- Complete accessories
🚫 Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Any item not in its original condition
- Damaged item
- Product with missing parts , unless the error is ours
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
HOW DO I PROCEED IF MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT?
We pay great attention to the quality of our products. If you notice a manufacturing defect , please contact our customer service at the following address:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you wish to exchange it for the same product, please contact us by email.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
reimbursement
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product, directly to the payment method used for purchase (credit card or PayPal). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Only items purchased at the regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded .
GIFTS
If the returned item was given as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the item is received and validated, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or shipped to the original purchaser, a refund will be issued to their account and they will be notified of the return.
