WARRANTY

Your bag is covered by a 90-day warranty against any manufacturing defect or functional problem. Contact us with your order number and a photo/video: contact form or 📧 serviceclient@technow-rave.com. In case of a proven defect, we will replace the product (or find the best solution with you).


RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 90 days from the receipt of your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

📩 To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original intact packaging
  • Include all its accessories

đŸš« Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition
  • The item is damaged
  • The product has missing parts (unless the error is ours)
  • The item is returned more than 90 days after delivery

💡 Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or due to our error.


HOW TO PROCEED IF MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT?

We pay great attention to the quality of our products. If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service:

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same product, simply email us.


REFUNDS

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

✅ If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection, directly to the payment method used during the purchase (credit card or PayPal). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


SALE ITEMS

Only items purchased at the regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are neither returned nor refunded.


GIFTS

If the returned item was given as a gift and sent directly to your address, you will receive an e-gift card of equivalent value. Once the item is received and validated, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase or if it was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be processed to their payment method, and they will be informed of the return.
