RETURNS

To ensure good delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order once your package has been shipped. Delivery times are given as an indication, we cannot be held responsible for a delay linked to the carrier. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

HOW TO PROCEED IF MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT?

We pay great attention to the quality of our products. If, however, you wish to report a manufacturing defect on a product, we invite you to contact our customer service by email: serviceclient@technow-rave.com

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to the address: serviceclient@technow-rave.com

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.

WHAT IS THE REIMBURSEMENT TIME ONCE MY PACKAGE IS SENT ? ?

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used during payment or to the Paypal account used for payment. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned products, as well as the refund.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

GIFTS

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you returned the item.
