GUARANTEE
Your bag is covered by a 60-day warranty against any manufacturing defects or functional problems . Contact us with your order number and a photo/video: contact form or 📧 serviceclient@technow-rave.com . In the event of a confirmed defect, we will replace the product (or find the best solution with you).
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
📦 To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- To be unused
- To be in its original, undamaged packaging
- Include all its accessories
🚫 Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item is not in its original condition
- The item is damaged
- The product has missing parts (unless the error is ours)
- The item was returned more than 60 daysafter delivery.
💡 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective products or errors on our part.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
We pay close attention to the quality of our products. If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service department.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same product, simply email us.
REFUNDS
Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
✅ If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 daysof receipt and inspection, directly to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
ITEMS ON SALE
Only items purchased at the regular priceare eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are neither returnable nor refundable.
GIFTS
If the returned item was given as a giftand shipped directly to your address, you will receive a gift creditof the same value. Once the item is received and validated, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to their payment method, and they will be notified of the return.
