Design & Delivery
The processing time is 24 hours (Monday to Friday), plus an additional 2 to 3 business days for delivery, depending on the selected carrier.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Emails will be sent to you at each stage to track the progress of your order.
Your order will then be carefully packed and handed over to the carrier (Mondial Relay or La Poste). As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track your parcel in real-time.

🚀 Metropolitan France:
- Mondial Relay Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
- Colissimo Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days
🌍 Europe:
- Mondial Relay Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
✈ Rest of the World:
- Colissimo Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days
We will deliver your order to the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to verify that this address is correct and that someone can receive or sign for the delivery with the selected carrier. We cannot be held responsible if the parcel is signed for or received by someone other than the original recipient.
