Design & Delivery
The design time is approximately 30 days , plus approximately 7 days for shipping to our warehouse.
The expedition Your pre-order is therefore estimated to ship between November 28th and December 5th . You will receive an email with your tracking number .
Please allow approximately 24 to 48 hoursfor order processing (Monday to Friday). During peak periods, this timeframe may be slightly longer. You will receive emails at each stage to track your order's progress.
Your order will then be carefully packaged and handed over to the carrier( Mondial Relayor La Poste). As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking numberto follow your package in real time.

We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct and that someone is available to receive or sign for the delivery with the selected carrier. We cannot be held responsible if the package is signed for or received by someone other than the intended recipient.
